Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are in US dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices depend on size, thickness, material, plating, number of colors, quantity and packaging.
• Online calculator results are estimates for standard specifications. The final price is the one on the quote prepared by our sales team.
• Unless stated otherwise, quotes do not include international shipping, import duties or similar charges. We can provide a DDP price that combines the product, international shipping and import duties in one total. Once both sides agree to the DDP price, we arrange shipping and customs clearance on that basis. Product prices and shipping can also be quoted separately, or on FOB or EXW terms.

Artwork and Design Approval

• Free design support: based on your product, sketch or design idea, our designers will refine your own sketch, create a design for you, or recommend a suitable design based on our production experience, free of charge. 3D modeling and highly complex designs are charged separately, at a fee agreed with you.
• Please check every proof carefully for spelling, colors, size and finish. Production follows the proof you approve.
• Colors are matched to Pantone references. Small variations between screen, print and metal finishes are normal.

Samples

• Free samples: on request, we can provide 1–2 stock products made with a similar process as reference samples. The samples are free; the courier cost is paid by the buyer.
• A pre-production sample is made from the final mold, then photographed, filmed or sent to you for approval.
• Mass production starts only after you approve the sample.
• For custom designs, the one-time mold fee covers sampling; the courier cost for sending the sample is paid by the buyer.

Mold Fee and Tooling

• The mold fee is charged once per design and is stated on the quote.
• The mold fee is a one-time charge and is non-refundable once the mold is made. If the order quantity of a single design reaches 10,000 pcs or more, the mold fee for that design can be refunded.
• Molds are stored free for five years, and reorders in that period carry no new mold fee.

Order Changes and Cancellation

• Tell us about any changes before production starts and we will do our best to accommodate them.
• Once the mold is made, changes to the product design require a new mold fee.
• If an order is cancelled after production has started, materials, labor and machine time already used are charged at actual cost.

Payment

• Orders of USD 1,000 or less: 100% prepayment by T/T, PayPal or similar methods.
• Orders above USD 1,000: 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance before shipment.
• Production is scheduled once the payment or deposit has been received.

Production and Delivery

• Standard production is 12–15 days after sample approval; rush production is available at an extra fee.
• Shipping methods, transit times and trade terms (DDP, FOB, EXW) are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.
• Transit times are carrier estimates. Customs inspections and carrier delays are outside our control, but we follow every shipment until it is delivered.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• You confirm that you own, or are authorized to use, the logos, trademarks and artwork you send us.
• Your designs are kept 100% confidential and are never shared or used for other commercial purposes without your permission. A confidentiality agreement is available on request.
• We may decline orders that appear to infringe the rights of others.

Quality, Warranty and Claims

Every order is inspected before packing. If a product quality problem is found within 3 months of delivery, we will repair it, replace it, or refund the value of the affected goods. Slight natural oxidation of the plating is not covered. See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy for how claims are handled.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or event costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

General

• These terms apply together with your written quote and order confirmation. If they differ, the written confirmation applies.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
