Hesank ships custom pins, coins, medals and metal crafts from our factory to more than 50 countries. DDP is our default: one price covers the product, international shipping and import duties, so nothing is added later and there is no customs clearance on your side.
Express, Air or Sea Freight
Choose the option that fits your schedule and budget. Shipping cost depends on weight, volume, destination and method, and is included in every DDP quote.

Transit times are typical for Europe and North America, counted from dispatch. Send us your delivery address and we will confirm the options and transit time for your destination.

DDP, FOB or EXW
We quote DDP by default. If you prefer FOB or EXW, duties and customs clearance move to your side, and we state that clearly on the quote.
DDP · Delivered Duty Paid
The price covers production, international shipping and import duties in one figure. We handle customs clearance and deliver to the address you give us. Nothing is added later.
FOB · Free on Board
We deliver the goods to the departure port in China and clear export customs. Your forwarder arranges the main freight, import clearance and duties.
EXW · Ex Works
Goods are packed and ready for collection at our factory. You or your forwarder handle pickup, export, international shipping and import.

Inspected and Packed to Arrive Safely
Every order is inspected before packing. We support video inspection so you can see the pieces before they leave the factory, and we work with your third-party inspection company if you use one.

Tracking, Changes & Support
Tracking
We email you the carrier and tracking number as soon as the goods leave the factory, and we follow the shipment until it is delivered.
Address changes & split shipments
Change the address or split a bulk order across several addresses, as long as you tell us before the goods leave. Cartons are labeled per destination.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the outer carton and the contents before unpacking further and send the photos to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Orders up to USD 1,000
T/T bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
Orders above USD 1,000
Deposit to start production, balance before shipment, by T/T.
