Hard Enamel Pin Production Overview
Creating hard enamel pins involves a detailed and professional process. It starts with custom mold making based on your design, followed by metal stamping to shape the pin. The surface is then electroplated in finishes like gold, silver, or black nickel.
Next, colored enamel is carefully filled into recessed areas and baked at high temperatures until smooth and level with the metal surface. After polishing and strict quality inspection, back attachments like butterfly or rubber clutches are added.
