Alfileres de esmalte duro

Pins de esmalte duro offer a premium, jewelry-like look. The enamel is filled level with the metal lines, baked, then ground and polished until the whole surface is completely flat and smooth. The colors are dense and glossy, and the polished metal edges shine, making hard enamel the choice for corporate gifts, service awards and high-end merchandise.

Hesank makes custom hard enamel pins (also called imitation cloisonné pins) in our own factory, with gold, silver, black nickel and rose gold plating and secure butterfly or rubber clutches. Hard enamel is very durable and scratch-resistant, so pins keep their finish for years. Prefer a textured look or a lower budget? Preguntas frecuentes Preguntas

A hard enamel pin has its enamel filled up to the same level as the metal lines and then polished flat, so the surface is completely smooth to the touch. It is also called an imitation cloisonné pin and has a premium, jewelry-like appearance.

Esmalte duro is flat, polished and more durable, with a premium feel. Esmalte blando has recessed colors and raised metal lines, a textured look and a lower price. Both suit most designs; we can help you choose based on your budget and how the pins will be used.

Custom hard enamel pins start from 50 pieces. Production takes 12–15 days after you approve the digital proof, and rush service is available for urgent events.

After the metal base is die struck or die cast, each color is filled slightly above the metal lines and baked several times. The pin is then ground and polished until enamel and metal are level, and finally plated so the metal edges shine.

Yes. Because the enamel is hardened and polished level with the metal, pins de esmalte duro resist scratches and wear very well, which makes them ideal for uniforms, service awards and pins that are worn every day.

Hard enamel works best for bold shapes, clear color areas and logos with clean lines. Very fine gradients or photo details are better printed. Our designers will review your artwork and suggest adjustments so your hard enamel pin looks sharp.
